This weekend was the Trapper Trails Council Scout Auction. People and business donate items that are either put in a silent auction or live auction to sell and raise money. It is held at the Davis Convention center.
This is a big event for the council and takes a lot of time to prepare and put it on. The spouses of the employee's are always invited to come and be a part of the fun evening. In the past and this year my parents have watched the kids so I can attend.

Its always fun to visit with people in the community and the other spouses. I especially get a kick out of watching other people spend lots of money. Some of the items in the live auction are Jazz tickets, boats, 4 wheelers, jewelry, trips, a pool table and a grand piano.
