Do I know who I truly am?

"I want you to be proud you are a woman. I want you to feel the reality of what that means, to know who you truly are. You are literally a spirit daughter of heavenly parents with a divine nature and an eternal destiny. That surpassing truth should be fixed deep in your soul and be fundamental to every decision you make as you grow into mature womanhood. There could never be a greater authentication of you dignity, your worth, your privileges, and your promise.
Your Father in Heaven knows your name and knows your circumstance. He hears your prayers. He knows your hopes and dreams, including your fears and frustrations. And He knows what you can become through faith in Him. " ~Elder Holland~

I read this quote on Sunday and have been thinking about it all week. Things have been overwhelming lately. With Josh gone all the time, and trying to have the house perfect for showings, while still being a good mother, sometimes I feel lost. I guess that is why this statement stuck in my mind.
I had a wonderful opportunity to attend the temple last Friday morning. Peace.
As I sat in the celestial room, the feelings came so strong, My Father in Heaven does know my name and our circumstance. I know are trials are so small compared to others around us who are losing their jobs and homes, but it's still hard. As I have pondered this quote from Elder Holland, the last 2 lines have stuck out, "He knows your hopes and dreams, including your fears and frustrations, and He knows what you can become through faith in Him." I immediately thought of D&C 122:7 "know thou, my son, that all these things shall give thee experience, and shall be for thy good. "
Have I changed for the better because of these trials? As I have pondered this, I can truly answer yes. I do know that I am a daughter of God and He is mindful of me. I have been stretched and molded into something better(I hope). I know my prayers are being heard and when the time is right, according to his plan for us, they will be answered. I have complete faith in this.
