Ethan earned his Wolf

Ethan is involved in the community cub scout pack here in Logan. I serve as the assistant den leader. We have a great time together going to meetings once a week, learning new things and having fun. It has been a very diverse group of kids for Ethan to be around, which has provided him opportunities he would have not otherwise been able to experience.

Our den set a goal for everybody to earn their wolf by the Blue and Gold dinner the end of Feb. Out of 10 boys, 8 succeeded.

Ethan worked hard to get it done - and we are proud of his efforts to complete it. Some may ask why he is earning his Wolf rank when he has not yet turned 8. Cub Scouting out of the church works by the grade boys are in at school, not by age. Ethan has been a part of this pack for a year and a half, and has thoroughly enjoyed it. As his 8th birthday approaches, he will begin transitioning into the cub scout pack with the ward. He will continue to work on different Wolf requirements that will allow him to earn arrow points.

Ethan's excitement has carried to his brothers. Isaac can't wait to start in Cub Scouts (which he could do this fall). We are proud of Ethan and the great things he is doing in his life.

Great job Ethan!
