House Shopping
Right after our home went under contract, we realized we needed to seriously start house shopping. Our realtor went out of town that first week. UGH! So we turned our attention to the Internet. Josh and I spent 3 hours every night looking at every available house in the Weber/Davis area (at least it seemed like it). We were able to narrow it down to 15 homes. We left the next Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. with the strict instructions if we didn't like the home we needed to leave quickly. We were on a very tight schedule, especially difficult with 2 kids in tow. The last house we entered at 2:30 p.m. was it. We both felt it separately but didn't talk about it together until we got home later that night. It just felt right. The next day we made an offer.

That is awesome that you have found a house already! I hope all goes well and that you love your new neighborhood. When we get back in town I would love to get Sarah and Katie together! Maybe once you are actually in your house. If you need help (watching kids, etc.,) when you move it, I would love to help!
