PTA Reflections Contest

The kids decided to enter the PTA reflections contest this year. The theme was beauty is . . .

Sarah took a picture of Abigail and called it "Rosey Cheeks"
She took 2nd place in the Photography category. Her picture now will go to the District level. Sarah loves to use the camera and is learning how to take nice photos. Way to go Sarah!

If you have ever met Isaac, you know of his love for Lego's. In the State of Utah, they have a 3-d category in the reflections contest. Isaac decided to make a flower out of his Lego's. He received a honorable mention.

Ethan entered the writing category. He wrote a nonfiction story about a field trip his class took up Logan Canyon. He spent many long hours writing this essay. It turned out very well, and he also received honorable mention.

Josh and I are very pleased with their desire to develop talents within them. For their participation they each received a ticket to the Clark planetarium in SLC.
