Our school held a drawing for all 4th to 6th grader students. The winners would have the oppertunity to eat lunch with the author, Obert Skye. My name was one of the 25 students picked.
At 11:30 a.m. , the principle and the 25 kids went down to the library. First, Obert Skye signed books, then he went around to the tables to talk with each of the students. Our table was last.
He asked, ''How many of my books have you read?'' I answered, ''I have read 1 of your books, but, I'm reading the second right now.
It was a really fun day for me. It was awesome to meet him. He even signed a book and bookmark for me. I felt very greateful for this oppertunity to met him in person, and to ask him questions about his books. He is a very intersting guy.

Yesterday Garrett told me Obert Skye was "missing" --- guess he was wrong.:) Glad you had fun!
