We went for a drive tonight through Sardine Canyon to eat at Madox for dinner. The leaves were so beautiful. They are just about at their peak. Brilliant reds and oranges. The kids were ooohing and aahhing. I tried to take a picture as we were driving.
Autumn is a favorite time of year for me. I love the cooler weather, harvesting the produce from the garden, back to school excitement, and autumn decorations for the house. Soon will be picking the pumpkins from the garden, and putting corn stocks by the front door for decorations. The kids are sooooo excited for Halloween. They are already planning out their costumes and what we will do that day. Fun times at the Haacke household.
