The day began with a surprise call from my parents. They were in Logan. They had one more Hotel gift certificate from the BSA Scout Auction that expired on Nov 1st. They came up the night before and thought they would surprise the grand kids Halloween morning. It was great to see them and visit.

The evening came to an end with Josh pretending to be Hannah Montana

We then began our whirlwind trip around Logan for Trick or treating fun. Our first
stop was to Papa Murphy's. If you came in in your costume you got a free mini pizza. I also bought the pumpkin pizza for lunch. We put the mini pizzas in the freezer for another day. Next we were off to Lee's grocery store for tricks or treats. They had fun walking around the store and seeing everybody else. Off to USU to drop Jacob off for Preschool. The kids came in their costumes for a fun party. We went home to cook our pizza, eat lunch, then we were off to Macey's grocery store for more tricks or treats and a little shopping for lat minute dinner items. Back to USU to pick Jacob then over to the Logan scout office to see the office staff. We then got home in time to make soup for dinner and have Josh's parents and Grandma Beck come.

If you haven't been able to tell yet: Sarah was Hannah Montana, Ethan was a homemade Lego block, Isaac was a Star Wars Jedi Night, Jacob was a Lion, and Abigail was a pumpkin. We went trick or treating around the neighborhood after dinner, then came home to count the loot

Hi Josh and Rebecca,
We loved all of the Halloween celebrations. In Massachusetts they don't celebrate Halloween in the schools at all. Many Catholics don't celebrate and since there is a high population of Catholics here...well at Fall Festival at the school with fruits and veggies are just not as fun. Have a fun week!
Love the Hannah Montana hair. Her Dad and I went to the same High School . I actually hung out with his little brother quite a bit. They played basketball across the street form my house. Of course that was a connection I didn't keep. Go figure. My girls think I should call him up and ask for tickets. Cracks me up. Too cute.
how funny.
